                           RETURNS  POLICY

 

Please check the Returns Policy of each UK supplier before ordering any goods with UK SHOPPING IN SPAIN .

Most  UK shops have a  " Change Your Mind Policy" which  might have expired by the time you receive your goods(  this depends o­n the UK-Spain delivery time). We ask you to allow 10-14  days for delivery of smaller items and up to three to four weeks for some larger items.This can be longer if the item is not in stock with the UK supplier  meaning that you will not be able to return your goods unless they are or become faulty.

Most goods will have a o­ne Year Guarantee. If they become faulty within this time, you can return them to the supplier through us. The cost of returning them to the UK will be met by you.

If your goods  have to be returned to the suppliers, you have until 5pm the next working day after receiving the goods to return them (in the original packaging) to our store in Mojacar.

 If your goods were delivered to you by our couriers,  then you must call us and inform us of any problems as soon as possible..You must pay the cost of returning your goods from your address in Spain to our Uk warehouse. If your goods need to be collected from your home address by our courier the cost will be incured by you. This cost is payable to the courier at the time of collection from your address.

UK appliances such as fires,cookers,TVīs etc must be checked in advance of purchase by you for local compatability.UKS take no responsibility for this.Any items purchased in the Uk which have to be returned to the UK because they are not suitable will be charged at the full return cost. 

Each item or order is usually sent with a Returns Label from the supplier- this must be attached to the item to be returned.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you are exchanging faulty goods and wish to use UK Shopping in Spain's courier service back to your home, the normal pricing system is valid i.e. a charge is still levied o­n goods coming back to Spain. If you are not re-ordering or exchanging goods then you o­nly pay the cost of returning your goods to the UK.

1)REFUNDS

If you want to return the goods because they are faulty and apply for a refund, the goods must be returned to us in the original packaging with the suppliers Returns Form attached.We will complete it and take it to the post office and post it.

We will pay for the postage and get a receipt from the post office when returning the goods to the supplier.

The suppliers refund us o­nce they are satisfied that their Terms have been met. The cost of returning the goods is deducted from the refund and then we refund the difference to you.

2)RETURNS-EXCHANGE

If you want to return goods and get the same item back  i.e,  because an item was faulty, the goods must be returned to us in the original packaging with the suppliers Returns Form.

You must pay in advance the UK Shopping in Spain handling fee for the goods to be sent back to your home.

We will pay for the postage and get a receipt from the post office when returning the goods to the supplier.

The supplier will dispatch the new goods, which will then either be delivered to our store in Mojacar or delivered direct to your door by our courier.

The full cost of posting your goods back to the UK must be paid to us before you can receive your exchanged goods.Proof of the cost of posting can be e-mailed to you at your request.

 If there is an increase in price for the goods, you must pay the difference in price.

If the price of the new goods is less than that of the original, we will refund the difference when the new goods arrive in our shop.

3) LARGE ITEMS

Items that CANNOT be posted back to the UK using the Spanish postal system BUT that are no larger than a normal 21 inch TV, are sent via our international  courier,to our warehouse in the UK.From there it will normally be collected by the UK shop/supplier.

This service will take approximately 2-3 weeks and costs  approximately 60€.The cost is detemined by our international courier This charge is solely the cost of the carrier to ship a single item. We do not make a profit from this returns method. Please check in advance of making your purchase with each UK supplier (if this time scale is acceptable).

If your goods are larger than a 21 inch TV, then our carrier can offer a bespoke quotation based o­n the actual size of the item/s.

PLEASE NOTE:OUR GOODS IN TRANSIT INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER GLASS IN ANY ITEM!

ALL ITEMS CONTAINING GLASS WILL BE TRANSPORTED AT YOUR RISK.!!
